Ensure authenticity and certification of goods. No certificates, no trade
No deviation to product specifications, or client requirements unless formally authorised
Fully embrace contractual obligations with no deviations, no conflict of interest, respect and honour the relevant fee agreements
Adhere fully to the latest ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) Regulations for Trade, Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, Non-Circumvention (NCNDA), Fee Protection (IMFPA), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Zero tolerance to bribery & corruption. Safeguard against, and never apply, receive, or offer favours, solicitation, coercion, improper services, payments, enticements, gifts, kickbacks, and the like, aimed at winning contracts, or transactions. Full compliance to anti-bribery & anti-corruption regulations
Full responsibility lies in the successful conclusion of the process, while remaining accountable for results
Use all technical expertise, and knowledge base available, and so ensure authenticity, and process reliability
Adhere to and do what is said and agreed, and when it is said to be done
Full, prompt, constant communication and update to all participants
