The sandwich panels consist of a panel core, a top layer and a bottom layer. The panel core is made of re-cycled glass globules matter, extremely strong. The outer layers consist of fibre boards of just a few millimetres thickness.

Each panel consists of several layers of unique composite materials which are “baked” in an automated production process at high temperature & pressure, under vacuum. The accurately sized walls are joined together seamlessly, thus resulting in incredibly strong monolithic structures, which as such, and by design would be able to withstand the most adverse weather conditions, similarly as the super yachts monolithic structures can do.
